My approach to finding the right solution for you is simple. I spent nearly 40 years in the banking industry, most recently as an Assistant Vice President and Regional Manager (Mid Market) for an international bank where my main focus was adjudicating and recommending loans for large commercial businesses and development projects.
I know what the financial community want to see in an application and my focus is therefore to ensure any requests for financing align with what a prospective lender needs. In other words, your application will be largely underwritten before it is presented to any lender.
