EXPERT ADVICE AND GREAT RESULTS

Through my partnership with Invis I am able to offer mortgage solutions for both residential and commercial financing needs, usually at rates far below those available at your local banks and credit unions. I have access to approximately 50 different lenders and their products, including the major banks, which allows me to customize your mortgage to suit your unique situation. My goal is to provide you with the best rate and features, based on your credit application.

I have over 30 years experience in the financial services industry and 12 years as a broker with Invis. I have experience in financial counseling and financial planning. I would be happy to walk you through the home buying experience or assist you with refinancing or renewals. If you aren’t sure if you will qualify to become a homeowner I can help you take the steps needed to reach that goal.

All it takes is one application, at your convenience, and I will take shopping for a mortgage out of your hands. I can meet with you anytime at my office or I can come to you. I am pleased to offer my services to you on weekends and evenings.

The good news is that there is usually no cost to you for my services. Invis is the largest mortgage brokerage firm in Canada with over 700 brokers to serve you. As part of a national team, we have access to all the major lenders, giving you many more options to choose from.

If you are looking to purchase a new home, refinance your existing mortgage or are up for renewal, please call me anytime. I would be happy to meet with you.
